*** Adding Guild Members ***

This might seem a bit silly but not too long ago some of our best people quit because we were adding too many people without warning and I want to avoid upsetting the loyal members of Rosenrot.

At the same time we should all try to be welcoming to anyone who wishes to join and give people a chance if you are unsure if a new recruit is the right choice.

Lets follow these guidelines when recruiting new members to the guild.

((I'll go with question and answer style))

Q: I want to have my friend added to the guild and they are ready to join
A: Announce in guild chat the name of the person and make sure everyone is OK with it. If no one objects an Eldar or Branch Head can add the person. If someone objects bring it up with Moxley and tell the potential recruit they need to wait for the chairperson to come online.

Q: I see someone I don't know and they are guildless.
A: Get to know them first. If they are interested in joining and seem like a nice person then...

Q: I want to add my friend to the guild but they haven't said yes (Or I didn't ask yet).
A: Let Moxley know the name of the person you are trying to recruit as soon as you can. Then when they are ready:

A: Probably not, only with permission from the chairperson.

Q: Can alts of non-guild members be added to the guild?
A: Sure, so long as they are somewhat active.

Q: Someone got added to the guild while I was offline and this person is bad news...
A: Talk to Moxley ASAP!

well done.... i think this solves the problem alot better now... rather than the constant invite... also when someone get's invited make sure that elders and branchhead report it to you (mox) or have them mail you about recruit and stuff, will make it easier to keep track of who added who and the name of the person/referral.

still, l recommend you to gid a msn.
