Only the chairperson is to remove people from the guild.

(Obviously people can remove themselves, but I hope you stay)

If you feel someone should be removed from the guild discuss it with Moxley.

In case of an emergency where someone is being out of line and acting like a jerk in the guild chat a Branch Head or Eldar can boot somoene form the guild -- but this is a last resort only and abuse of this will get you demoted. Start with a warning and try to resolve the issue privately first.

First off Mox, removing guild members should also be under Elder's jurisdiction as well... sure the final decision can be made BY you, but it's not necessary at times. You as a chairperson imo should also let elders know who ur also removing cuz elders can also hold information about the person in the guild that you MAY not know about. It all depends on the situation. Of course the abuse of removing guild members without notification to YOU should be revoked from elder status. (and no mox... i didn't remove zene, cuz it seemed u were trying to point the fingers at me >_>)

no not pointing fingers I was asking everyone online...

And I wont remove people without discussing it first with eldars. At this point the guild has 75 spots so I want to hesitate removing people for being inactive or offline for a while. zene wasnt the only one removed and things were happening a bit fast so for right now only chair should remove and I am not planning on removing anyone.

ok ok it's all good then, i don't want to be held accountable for removing someone... and even when i'm elder now... i haven't really recruited or removed anyone.
