Branch Head and Elder Oppenings

We did lose some key people recently and I wish them well. I am hopefull some will come back home to Rosenrot, but others may not. With this there are some oppenings in leadership positions in one of the best, biggest, and most active guilds. Over the next few weeks we will be watching to see who really steps it up. This will not be a quick decision, if you think about those who moved on there are some very big shoes to fill.
The current Eldar's, Branchheads, and myself will be voting on who gets promoted. I wanted to go ahead and list some of the things I am looking for:
- Active players. (We need the leadership to be present somewhat often)
- Eldar Mission Participants (We need fame to grow)
- Raid Participation (its a quick way to get fame and gets our name out there)
- Friendly / Helpful / Nice / Respectful
- Event participation and Event organizing
- Active Recruiting (We always want new people, but they have to be approved by the eldars)
- Guild loyalty (those who stay with us a long time without hopping guilds)
- Participation in guild chat and the forums will also help.
If you're doing most of the above chances are you will someday be promoted, if not now, then eventually. Remember that ONLY branch heads and eldars and can add/remove to the guild, start raids, and access the guild banks so as much as I want to give the spots to my friends in the guild I really need to make sure they go to those who are doing the work that keeps this guild awesome.

We did lose some sexy people recently and I wish them to hell to get hotter. I am hopeful some will come back to the bunny house of Rosenrotten, but others may not. With this there are some openings positions(LOL wink*) in one of the hottest, biggest(WINK*), and most longest active guilds.
